The Resettled Community of Petites

A short boat ride away from Rose Blanche is this mystical place that used to be a thriving little port for seafarers.

Unfortunately, the peak of its heyday is long gone and in 2003, the government gave all residents a payout to relocate.

It is quite the little day trip for anyone wanting a wee adventure. When there, it is easy to imagine the smell of the freshly baked bread coming from the kitchens and hear the fishermen bragging about their day’s catch.
